1. First, place your order.
2. Mention your idea with the order and send me a DM.
3. I will create a unique design based on your idea.
4. You will first receive a sample for approval.
5. After your approval, the shirt or hoodie will be produced and shipped.

• Small adjustments are possible until you are satisfied.
• No copyrighted logos or images.

🚚 Delivery Time

Because each design is made especially for you, the delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from the moment the design is approved.

Customs have a delivery time of 5-10 business days.

Within the Netherlands, we ship with DHL / PostNL & within Belgium, we ship with BPost.
Shipping costs are €4.95 per order.
For orders over €100, we cover the shipping costs, and shipping is free.

RETURNS

Because our products are custom-designed and made to your personal specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every design is unique and produced exclusively for you. Therefore, it is not possible to return the product.

SIZE & FIT

These custom products have a regular/small fit, meaning they run a little small without being tight. So, order one size up to be safe. Or if in doubt, send us a DM.

The unisex fit ensures that the design works well for different body types and is easy to combine with the rest of your outfit.

MEASURING WITH OUR SIZE CHART

Lay a shirt that fits you well flat on a surface. Then measure the width and length as indicated in our size chart. Compare these measurements with the size chart to determine the correct size.

Please note: due to manual measurements, there may be a deviation of 1–3 cm.
