Refund policy

Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or cancellation.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Return procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Send an email to retour@bklf.nl with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the unused product in its original packaging.

2. You will receive the return address and further instructions within 5 business days.

3. Then, send the item back within 14 days using a track & trace code.

Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Unfortunately, items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Personalized and custom-made products

Products designed or manufactured specifically for you—such as personalized T-shirts, hoodies, and other custom items—are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

This means that these products cannot be returned or cancelled once the order has been confirmed and production has started. This is in accordance with applicable European consumer laws regarding products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or those that are clearly personalized.

Personalized products include, but are not limited to:

Items featuring a design, logo, image, or text provided by the customer.
Items designed specifically at the customer's request.
Items produced specifically for the customer that cannot be resold.

Exception: Did you receive the wrong product, or is the item damaged or defective? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at retour@bklf.nl, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away at retour@bklf.nl if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

 

Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
Personalized or custom-made products
Personal care products (such as beauty items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either.

Exchanges

Would you like a different product? The fastest way is to return the current item and then place a separate order for the desired item once the return has been approved.

Refund

You will receive a confirmation once we have received and inspected your return.
Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you originally used.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please contact us at retour@bklf.nl if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved.

Statutory cooling-off period (EU)

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing an explanation. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
