How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. It usually takes 1-2 business days from the moment of shipment for the package to arrive at your home.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €50 in the Netherlands. For orders below that amount, we charge a contribution of €6.95.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDEAL, Creditcard, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
I entered my address incorrectly, what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been dispatched yet, we can amend the address.
What happens to my package if I'm not home?
The deliverer will then try to deliver it to a neighbor or a pick-up point.
